Loyalty Rewards
The Loyalty Rewards program ("the Program") is sponsored by ScribbidyScrubs.com. By becoming a member of the Program, members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from ScribbidyScrubs.com except if you have opted-out.
Rewards
For every 200 points members earn in the Program, members will be eligible to receive a reward certificate or promotional coupon ("Certificate") redeemable for $10 off the purchase of any eligible products or services at scribbidyscrubs.com. Reward Certificates will be automatically emailed to Program members within 3 days of being earned. Members can also login to scribbidyscrubs.com to check their balance and view any earned Certificates.
When a member earns a Certificate, her points are automatically reset to zero.
Certificates are valid for 180 days from date of issue. ScribbidyScrubs.com reserves the right to change the Program at any time without notice, including imposition of new certificate expiration dates.
Members in good standing may earn up to a maximum of 50 certificates per year.
Certificates may be used in conjunction with other certificates and most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed purchase amount. Some exclusions may apply.
Certificates are not valid on prior purchases, certain products and services. Certificates are not redeemable for cash and no change/currency will be given for certificate redemption. Members may be notified of additional ineligible products and services. Other restrictions may apply.
Lost, stolen, or expired Certificates will not be replaced.
Certificates are not transferable and may not be combined among Program members or conveyed by any means to anyone.
Earning Points
As a member of Program, members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on any eligible product purchase, when members shop online at scribbidyscrubs.com.
Points earned will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
Points will post to member’s account immediately.
Point calculations are based upon the product total at checkout on eligible purchases less discounts from promotional or coupon codes. Charges for sales/use tax, shipping charges, delivery or handling charges do not earn points.
Points earned for a purchase that qualifies a member for a reward will not "roll over". For example, suppose the reward threshold is 100 points and you have a balance of 80 points. A purchase of $40 will earn 40 points and qualify you for the program reward. Because points do not roll over, the 20 extra points you earned will not be applied to the points balance for your next reward.
Membership cards and points have no cash value and are nontransferable.
ScribbidyScrubs.com is not responsible for communications, including Certificates and other Program rewards, lost due to change of address or other contact information. Points that remain on member's account expire and are forfeited if the program is terminated. In the event that a member returns merchandise that was partially or wholly paid for with a Certificate(s), the Certificate(s) used in connection with such a purchase shall not be reissued, and no points representing such Certificate(s) shall be reissued to such member's account.
Program points are valid for two years from date of posting to the member's account. ScribbidyScrubs.com reserves the right to change Program at any time without notice, including imposition of new point expiration dates.
All points and subsequent rewards must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the Program program. ScribbidyScrubs.com has the right to make the final decision on whether a purchase qualifies for Program.
Membership Terms
Enrollment becomes effective and acceptance of these terms and conditions begins when a new member enrolls in the Program.
Membership is nontransferable and subject to present and future Program rules. Membership points accumulate only for online purchases at scribbidyscrubs.com. Membership accounts are determined by email address. Each email address may only have one membership account and one points total. Any purchases associated with a member's email address will be credited to that account.
ScribbidyScrubs.com may change the Program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. ScribbidyScrubs.com may change or terminate program partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase.
ScribbidyScrubs.com may, at any time, terminate or modify the Program and Program rules without any further obligations to members.
Abuse of the Program including failure to follow Program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward certificates, product, points or promotional offers and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by ScribbidyScrubs.com in its sole
judgment, may result in cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued and cancellation of previously issued but unused reward certificates. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the program, ScribbidyScrubs.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys' fees and court costs.
ScribbidyScrubs.com reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by ScribbidyScrubs.com shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.
As a condition of membership, Program members may receive electronic point statements, program updates and other related materials at the discretion of ScribbidyScrubs.com. ScribbidyScrubs.com reserves the right to cease mailing of ScribbidyScrubs.com Rewards updates and related materials to any Program member.
A member can view his or her account activity online at scribbidyscrubs.com. For information about an individual account or any other program-related questions or information contact us at the address below.
ScribbidyScrubs.com reserves the right to make Program points and promotional offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by the member.
A member may cancel his or her Membership at any time by notifying ScribbidyScrubs.com Customer Service by mail, email or telephone. ScribbidyScrubs.com, in its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel an individual Membership.
If there is no account activity or points from any source posted to a Program member's account for two consecutive years (24 months), the account is subject to closure and termination, including forfeiture of all accrued points.
