Scribbidy
Scrubs will provide exchanges or issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs)
for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were
shipped, provided the items are in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with
all original tags attached, and free from stains and/or odors.
Items received
after 30 days but within 60 days will qualify for a store credit. Scribbidy
Scrubs store credit is issued in the form of a discount code which is emailed
to the customer and is to be used on our website during the checkout process
for future purchases.
All returned
items received back to Scribbidy Scrubs that do not meet the above criteria
will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Scribbidy Scrubs reserves the
right to determine whether or not the returned item(s) will be issued a full
value
refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
Scribbidy Scrubs is not responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was
a mistake in your order on our part. In the event that a mistake was made on
our part, please contact us and we will arrange to have the item returned.
Please enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip that came with
your order with a note to let us know that you intend to return the items.

Exchanges
For exchanges,
the returned item(s) must be returned within 30 days of when the item(s) were
received. The item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, original

For a quicker exchange procedure, customers can place a new order for the
exchanged items and ship back the unwanted items for a refund.

Defective Products
If a defective
product is received, the customer is required to
notify us within
five days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a full refund.
If this policy is not followed, Scribbidy Scrubs will only accept defective
items at our discretion.
Lost/Damaged Products
If your item was lost or
damaged in shipping, please contact the carrier that shipped your order
referencing your tracking number or delivery confirmation number prior to
contacting Scribbidy Scrubs.
Christmas Returns
For the
holiday season, Scribbidy Scrubs will extend the period allowed for returns to
accept all non-clearance items purchased after November 1st to be returned for
a full refund by January 7th, or 30 days after the purchase date, whichever is
later.
Clearance Items
We do not accept returns on clearance items unless the item is
defective. All merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a
clearance sale. If you are not sure as to whether or not your item(s) qualify
as a sale/clearance item, please
